Bach® Flower Remedies can be used individually or combined in a personal mix (of no more than 7 remedies) to suit your needs.
Bach® Flower Remedies can be taken in two different ways. A glass of water (a ”here and now” tonic). Put two drops of each selected flower remedy in a glass of water (no more than 7 different remedies) and drink it in small sips. Can be repeated if needed.
Mixing bottle: (to be taken during a longer period). Mix two drops of each of the selected flower remedies (no more than 7 different remedies) with 30 ml water and 1 teaspoon alcohol in a 30 ml dropper bottle. You then take 4 drops of this at least four times a day for a longer period of time.
