Ingredients:
Aqueous herbal extract (70%) from:Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa, flos L.), chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita, flos L.), fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare, fructus Mill.), spinach (Spinacia oleracea, folia L.). Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (27%) of: grape, pear, black currant juice, cherry, blackberry, carrot. Iron gluconate, aqueous rose hip fruit extract (Rosa canina L.) with 4% vitamin C, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin (riboflavin-5′-phosphate, sodium), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Storage:
Unopened: Dry at room temperature – preferably below 25 ºC – or in a cool place (frost-free).
Opened: As the product does not contain preservatives, we recommend storing the bottle upright in the fridge once opened, and to use the contents within approximately 4 weeks.

Shake the bottle before use. Please use the enclosed measuring cup. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
The supplement is absorbed most effectively if you drink coffee, tea, or dairy products 1 hour before and after you’ve taken it.
