The organic artichoke juice Schoenenberger from Salus Haus is rich in bitter substances and made from plants without adding sugar, alcohol, additives, and preservatives. Only the actual inflorescence is used in the production of the artichoke juice.
Schoenenberger, who makes the fresh plant juices, was founded by the pharmacist and botanist Walther Schoenenberger in 1927 and is located in Magstadt near Stuttgart in Germany. Today, the company is part of the Salus Haus group.
The artichoke juice does not contain alcohol or preservatives, and the bottle must therefore be kept in the fridge once opened. We recommend using the entire content within approx. 2 weeks. Artichoke juice contains inulin2, which can sometimes result in sediment or flakes. There are no risks associated with taking the product.

The recommended daily dosage of 20 ml contains juice from 27 g of fresh artichoke, and 30 ml contains juice from 40 g of fresh artichoke. The salt content comes exclusively from naturally occurring sodium.

Storage:
Since the product contains no preservatives, we recommend storing the bottle in the fridge once opened, and to use the content within approximately 2 weeks.
